Our history dates back to February 2011, when Happy Futures Support Specialists was founded. Since then, we have been dedicated to empowering individuals through the principles of Positive Behaviour Support, enabling them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

By providing a supportive and nurturing environment, we have helped countless individuals achieve a better quality of life, with autonomy, independence, and personal growth at its core.

Winners at The Great British Care Awards 2025

Minette Keyter and Sharon O’Brien were named winners of the Three ‘R’s Award, recognising their outstanding contribution to recruitment, retention and recognition within the sector.

In addition, Angela Fletcher received the prestigious Care Home Employer Award, highlighting exceptional leadership and commitment to high-quality care.

The event, attended by professionals from across the region, brought together individuals and organisations making significant contributions to social care. Guests described the atmosphere as both uplifting and inspiring, as nominees were honoured for their dedication and hard work.
